Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use apply to the Cuepoint websites and application (the "Service") operated by We Discovr Ltd (London, United Kingdom), trading as Cuepoint ("Cuepoint"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

Cuepoint is a verified B2B deal marketplace for electronic music. Organizations (booking agencies, promoters/clubs/festivals, and record labels) may post wants or availabilities, pitch, negotiate in deal rooms, agree bookings, and monitor payment clauses. Cuepoint does not move money between parties and is not a payment institution — the payments monitor tracks clauses you record; settlement happens off-platform between counterparties.

Accounts and organizations

You must provide accurate information. Each account is linked to one organization in v1. You are responsible for activity under your account. Organization admins/owners are responsible for staff access and for keeping verification information current.

Verification

Certain marketplace actions (posting, pitching, triage, Deal Day booking, messaging in deal rooms) require organization identity verification. Cuepoint may approve, reject, or revoke verification. Unverified organizations may browse but cannot complete gated deal actions. Submitting false documents is grounds for suspension.

Pitches, reputation, and expiry

Pitches may expire if unanswered. Public response-rate and related reputation metrics may be shown on organization profiles and leaderboards based on on-platform behavior. Gaming or abusive use (spam pitches, fake deals) may result in limits or removal.

Subscriptions (Access / Pro / Enterprise)

Access includes full marketplace deal flow (posting, unlimited pitching, deal rooms, payments monitor) for one seat. Pro adds fee benchmarks, who-viewed analytics, the AI assistant, Top 100 breakdown, and priority Deal Day booking for up to five seats. Enterprise is custom for festivals, venue groups, and major agencies — contact us. Extra seats beyond five are billed separately. Subscriptions are billed via Stripe. Fees are described in-product and may change with notice.

Content and acceptable use

You retain rights to content you upload (including verification documents and music, when available). You grant Cuepoint a license to host and display that content as needed to operate the Service. You may not scrape the Service, reverse-engineer access controls, harass users, or use the Service for unlawful activity.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED 'AS IS'. CUEPOINT DOES NOT GUARANTEE DEALS, FEE OUTCOMES, OR THAT ANY PARTICULAR COUNTERPARTY WILL RESPOND. ARTIST AND MARKET METRICS MAY BE INCOMPLETE; WHERE DATA IS MISSING WE SHOW EMPTY OR LOCKED STATES RATHER THAN FABRICATED FIGURES.

Limitation of liability

Except where prohibited by law, We Discovr Ltd (trading as Cuepoint) is not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost deals, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
