Due to the digital nature of Cuepoint marketplace subscriptions, we do not provide refunds once a subscription has been activated. Please review your plan selection carefully before completing your purchase.
1. Scope of Agreement
These Sales and Refund Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all purchases of subscriptions for the Cuepoint verified deal marketplace ("Service") operated by We Discovr Ltd (London, United Kingdom), trading as Cuepoint, through our website or authorized representatives.
2. No Refund Policy
Cuepoint provides digital marketplace access and subscription features. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, credits, or prorated billing for any subscriptions once the service has been activated. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that your right of withdrawal is waived upon the commencement of the digital service (where permitted by law).
3. Subscription Services
Subscriptions (Access, Pro, and related add-ons such as extra seats) are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing cycle, and no refunds are issued for the remaining period.
4. Pricing and Payment
We Discovr Ltd reserves the right to change prices for products and services at any time and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Payment must be made by the methods provided at the time of purchase. You are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees associated with your purchase. Displayed amounts may be localized by currency.
5. Data Usage & Intellectual Property
Purchase of a subscription grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Cuepoint for internal business purposes only. Secondary distribution, scraping, or reselling of Cuepoint data or fee benchmarks is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the service without refund.
6. Limitation of Liability
Cuepoint provides marketplace and subscription services "as-is". We do not guarantee deals, counterparty responses, or fee outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, We Discovr Ltd trading as Cuepoint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service or your business decisions.
