Cuepoint is the verified deal marketplace for electronic music, operated by We Discovr Ltd. We protect organization identity, verification documents, and deal-room confidentiality.
Data Minimization
We collect only what we need to run verified marketplace deals: organization identity, deal activity, and the documents you submit for verification.
User Control
You control your organization profile, notification preferences, and can request access, correction, or deletion of personal data.
Transparency
We are clear about what we collect (account, org, verification docs, pitches, deal rooms) and why — to operate trust and deals, not to sell your data.
Security
Verification documents and private contact details are access-controlled. Contact is shared only after both sides enter talks on a pitch.

The data controller for Cuepoint is We Discovr Ltd, a company registered in London, United Kingdom. "Cuepoint" / "Cuepoint" is a trading name of We Discovr Ltd. References to Cuepoint in this policy mean We Discovr Ltd trading as Cuepoint.
Personal and organization data we collect
When you create an account and complete marketplace onboarding, we collect your name, email, organization name and type (agency, promoter/club/festival, or label), location, territories, about text, and optional contact phone. We also store deal-related activity: listings (wants/avails), pitches, messages in deal rooms, bookings, and payment clauses you choose to monitor on-platform.
Verification documents
To unlock pitching and posting, you may upload identity/company registration and proof-of-activity documents. These files are stored securely, readable by you and Cuepoint admins for review, and used solely to verify your organization. Retention: we keep verification documents while your organization remains active and for a reasonable period after rejection or account closure as required for fraud prevention and legal compliance (UK GDPR). You may request deletion of verification files by contacting privacy@itscuepoint.com; we will delete or anonymize them unless we must retain them for a lawful purpose.
How we use your data
We use this data to operate the verified deal marketplace: match counterparties, enforce verification gates, compute public reputation metrics (such as response rate and deals completed), monitor deal payment clauses you record on-platform, provide billing for Plus subscriptions via Stripe, and improve product reliability and security. Cuepoint monitors payment clauses you enter — it does not execute or move funds between parties.
Deal rooms and contact sharing
Messages exist only in deal rooms created after mutual opt-in (Let's Talk). Private contact details are never public; they are revealed to a counterparty only after talks begin on a pitch. We do not connect Gmail or scrape your personal email for recommendations.
Artist and industry metrics
Artist profiles may include metrics from licensed or public industry sources (for example streaming or chart data) used for discovery and draw/fee context. We do not invent fee figures when data is missing — empty or Plus-gated states are shown instead.
Your privacy rights
Depending on your location (including the UK and EEA), you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact privacy@itscuepoint.com. You can also manage notification preferences in Settings.
Processors
We use infrastructure processors such as Google Firebase (auth, database, storage, functions), Stripe (subscription billing), and email/delivery providers as needed to run the service. They process data under contracts and only on our instructions.
